About Your Trip Leader
Roger
Roger Zessin, your Travel Director, loves sharing his
enthusiasm of the wonders of the world.
After a successful 27 year career as an investment consultant and branch manager, his current life focus is devoted to photography and world travels. With four extended trips to Bali, he considers Bali his favorite destination. Roger’s passion for diverse world experiences is infectious and wants you to join us on this adventure of a lifetime.
He is a talented photographer, and more than anything a wildlife naturalist. Since a life-changing trip to Africa in 1990 he has traveled the world extensively pursuing his photography hobby. These experiences have dramatically deepened his appreciation of wildlife. He is sought after as a public speaker and has shared his photography of wildlife, landscapes and unique cultures with over 100 various nature and civic clubs, colleges and museums.
In 2000, Roger, with the help of volunteers in ten counties surrounding Corpus Christi, Texas, founded the Coastal Bend Wildlife Photo Contest. (www.wildlifephotocontest.com) This contest became one of the richest in the world and its subsequent creation of the "Kritters 4 Kids" program has become a powerful medium in 150 schools for teaching elementary school children about local wildlife, ecosystems, and habitat management.
Look forward to our initial orientation in Bali when he will be sharing images and commentary from his “Faces of Bali” museum exhibit.
Roger invites you to come and experience the magic of Bali.
You will see why people never want to leave this paradise.
